The Wedding of Tori & James (aka Jimmy Giggle) by Naturalight Photography

WOW – What a day. Tori would have to be THE most relaxed and organised bride I have ever met, arriving to find all the bridesmaids dressed and Tori casually sitting around with her parents, just taking in the day. Flowers and Decorations were by Herbaceous Florist in Mt Eliza, Tori’s dress stole the show! When I arrived at The Briars Barn, Mt Martha,  James too was super relaxed! You may recognise James who is affectionately known as Jimmy Giggle from the children’s ABC program Giggle & Hoot. I must say this gorgeous couple are so down to earth, fun and oh so in Love. It shows in these photos.

James’ Grandfather delivered a heartfelt speech that actually had me shedding tears behind the camera, explaining that Communication is the key to a successful marriage – he being married to his wife for 60 years and neither distance nor lack of technology stopped him putting pen to paper to mail by sea, messages of his feelings for his wife. Truly a touching moment. James’ brother sang a beautiful song unaccompanied as the bridal party walked down the aisle – the support and emotion surrounding this couple by their family and friends could be felt and gave me goosebumps.

It was my absolute pleasure to capture their wedding and these photos are just a few from their emotional and fun filled day.

Wishing them every joy for their future as man and wife.

Alice & Jack’s Wedding by Amber Gardener Naturalight Photography

 

 

Alice and Jack had THE most amazing day. I felt as though I had known them for a long time, we gelled and they both trusted in me from word go. They told me they wanted relaxed and narrative images that took them back to their day. The rain came that morning and didn’t leave til late the next day. This didn’t faze Alice and Jack, their day was ALL about them and the special Love & Respect they share for one another. Their affection and care was so visual you could almost reach out to touch it. I cried behind my camera as they exchanged vows, looking back over the photos I believe I delivered on what they were after. As the weather had turned quite heavy, we enjoyed photos at the family home in Mt Eliza and it was perfectly relaxed for photos of the family and couple.

Naomi & Tom’s St Kilda Wedding by Amber Gardener – Naturalight Photography

Naomi & Tom married on a glorious April day in St Kilda. Relaxed, Glamourous and Edgy is how I would describe their images which reflected their love and being so comfortable with each other. Their beautiful children were in the bridal party and were so happy to see their parents tie the knot. Having photographed two of Naomi’s friends weddings it was like seeing old friends. What a beautiful album of a gorgeous day! I edited some images for more of a vintage fun feel..

Kate & Mitchell’s Wedding – by Amber Gardener Naturalight Photography

Kate & Mitchell’s wedding was romantic, stylish & emotional. With a strong emphasis on the importance of family and friends – the evening was a party enjoyed by all.
